1. Look for “Verify your MediFlex subscription” in your inbox, including Spam or Junk.
2. Open the email link and select Verify Email. The link is valid for 24 hours. No OTP is needed for this step.
3. An administrator classifies your access and another authorized reviewer approves it. You then receive an activation link to set your password and complete email-code verification.

If the email is missing or the link has expired, ask your administrator to review the request in IAM Subscriptions and arrange a verification-email resend through the approval workflow.
